Description

Fresno Police are investigating two accidents, possibly connected. At about 9:00pm, Police responded to Locust and San Pablo in Pinedale for the first accident. The police then located a involved pick-up truck at approximately 9:15 a couple miles away at Fresno and Alluvial where the vehicle ran a red light as it was driving on northbound Fresno, then collided with a medium-sized car (sedan-like) at Fresno and El Paso.

The driver of the car had some minor injuries, thanks to a airbag deployment aiding her. The front-end of the car is totaled.

The truck ended up on the sidewalk about 50 feet east of the intersection on El Paso, where the occupants of the truck fled. Police caught one a few feet away, and caught another in a nearby residential area, where he needed paramedics.
